What a great list! I've read The Hunger Games trilogy, the Twilight books, The Uglies, and all the Harry Potters. Looks like I'd better get to work on the rest...

I think this is so cool. I'm posting mine tomorrow. You stopped reading Tithe too? Language?

What a fantastic idea. As a fellow YA writer, I'm embarrassed to say I haven't read many of these. In my opinion, The Book Thief and The Messenger by Markus Zusak and The Host by Stephenie Meyer aren't YA. The Messenger and The Host could be argued as 'new adult' (the forgotten genre between YA and adult), but The Book Thief, despite its child protagonist, is definitely adult fiction.

Oh man! I haven't read a fraction of these. I read all the Vampire Diaries and I didn't see those. Have you read them?

I'm saving this list so I can check them out at my leisure and add to my tbr list - because of course, that NEEDS more entries on it ;-)

I've read a few and what I actually found that there are a lot where I didn't continue reading the whole series. I'm actually beginning to like stand a lone books better now.

That is one wammer jammer of a list! I need to print it out and take it to the library with me next time.

I didn't read The Host either. I'm not a huge fan of aliens. I was thinking about picking it up though. Are they still in talks about making it into a movie? I wonder...

I've been seeing this list float around and I'm really surprised at how many I have not read!

This is so cool! Such a fun idea. I'm thinking about posting my own list. I have to get past the monday morning craziness before I can decide for sure. Love your books!

Huge huge list. I'm posting mine on Thursday. (After much debate. Which could still be going on and might mean the list never goes live.)

I've never thought of Lovely Bones (not having read it, mind you) as YA. I agree on The Host being more of the "new adult" category that no one wants to publish.

There are several on here that I started but never finished.

Wow, I've read so little on this list. I guess it's because I read contemporary/literary YA and I don't do series, Sci-Fi/Fantasy that often. At least I've read Harry Potter! :)

What a fantastic list! I think I need to print this just so I have it as a reference when I'm looking for a good read!

Hmmmm, not sure how I feel about this list. Lots of great books on it for sure, but I feel like it's missing some classics! And that they're mixing in MG, but I'm a stickler like that ;)

@Cally Jackson I agree that those aren't YA. I was wondering why they were on the list as well! lol Nice to meet you!! :D

@Sarah Pearson I know, right? I have SO many books to read! Ha ha! :)

I am a big reader too but I think I have only read one of the books on this particular list! The Hunger Games. :/

Love this list. I've read some and want to read so many more! My favorite has to be The Book of A Thousand Days by Shannon Hale. I'm still scratching my head over how she made a book of journal entries so bloomin' fascinating. Brilliant that. :)

Chantele, I am a fellow Campaigner and want to congratulate you on being selected a winner for our Flash Fiction Challenge. There were so many entries that I didn't have a chance to read yours until now. Happy authoring!

Great list! I've read some and am adding some to my TBR list. :)

First of all, I think if Fairest is on here, then Ella Enchanted should DEFINITELY be on here because it's ten times better than Fairest(imo).

I think more variety would be good too. Like, a rule that there can only be one book/series per author.

Thanks for posting! It was fun! :)
