I'm BACK! :D

This past month has been INSANE. I've seriously had mini-vacations every weekends since the beginning of July. And then I went on a writing retreat with some of my very favorite people this past weekend. It was amazing to sit up in the mountains and write. So, it's been busy. It's been fun and I've had a blast, but I'm ready to get back to a little normalcy at my house. :)

School starts two weeks from yesterday. Two of my babies will be going back. It will be weird with just my two littles at home. They're ready to go back though. They are SO bored!

I've done a lot of editing lately and I'm so happy to say my book Not Your Average Happy Ending is ALMOST DONE! I should be getting a cover soon AND it should be out in the next month or so. SO exciting. I'm happy to get this book out into the world.

As far as writing goes, I'm doing the same old thing. Working on several different projects because I can't just work on one. :P Anyone else have this problem? Ha ha.

I hope everyone is doing well. I'm happy to be back in bloggy land and I'll make it a point to post more now that the summer is drawing to a close. I'll figure out my new schedule and hopefully be able to visit you guys more. I miss you all! Thanks for sticking around for so long. You guys rock.

Also, have I missed any good news? Feel free to share! :D

Welcome back. A writing retreat in the mountains sounds inviting! (although since I live in the mountains, I'd like one at the beach!)

Sounds like you have lots of great projects. Yay!

Welcome back!

I'd love to go on a writing retreat, but sadly none of my writer friends are in my town. ;) But I haven't really made much effort to connect with any, so that's my fault.

Yeah, I always have multiple projects on the go. Right now I'm actually trying to force myself to stick to just one.

I think it'd be cool to write in the mountains; I bet it's peaceful and beautiful up there. I must confess that I'm not that excited about school starting soon, because I like not having stacks of papers to grade every week.

Welcome back! I hate the back to school count down now that I have to send one back off to college. :(

Fantastic to see you back! I'm so excited for your new book! I'm glad school will be starting soon, too. Right now, I'm just busy rewriting my country music book. Hope to get that finished soon. :)
