Out of the Loop

So ... everyone is doing the A-Z challenge this month. Besides me. lol I couldn't add that much stress to my life right now. And really, it really does stress me out! I'll just keep posting my normal schedule and give a shout-out to all of you awesome writers that accepted the A-Z challenge. Seriously. That is awesome. And time consuming. And amazing that you can post every day and not freak out! :)

In other news, I found out the hubby and I are expecting a BOY! We're so excited! Now we'll have two of each. Perfect for our little family.

I'm in the middle of my second round of edits. I love it. My editor is awesome and I love reading her little comments, even if she is totally confused about something I wrote. Ha ha. She doesn't make me feel like a craptastic writer. She makes me feel like I sort of know what I'm doing.:)  Anyway, I'm spending my time working on those, so if my posts aren't enlightening or interesting at all, you know why. Between the baby zapping all of my creativity and imagination away from me and knee deep in edits, I'm a little bit frazzled.

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well. If you have anything going on in your life, I'd love to hear about it! It will take my mind off everything else I'm supposed to be doing right now ... :)

Congrats on your great news! :D

There are quite a few bloggers around that aren't doing A-Z, and I don't blame any of you for not joining in. It's HARD to blog every day and comment on everyone else's blogs too!

I didn't do A-Z either. Wasn't tempted at all. It totally would have stressed me out right now as well. But it has been fun to see what everyone comes up with!

Yay for baby boys! Congrats. :) So happy you have come out of your slump. Breaks do help. Can't wait to see what you are up to!

Good luck with editing!

I'm not doing the A to Z either. Too much rewriting to do!

Congrats on having a boy! Any names picked out yet?

Congratulations on your great news. And yeah...I'm knee deep in A to Z.

Congrats! You'll have balance in your house - it's far out of kilter in mine, four girls v two boys. They gang up on us!

There are quite a few not doing A-Z. I can totally understand not doing it! It's working for me as it's the school holiday - not getting a chance to work on the WIP anyway. Freaking out slightly though as I've only got posts written up to Friday. Going to work on Saturday's right now!

I'm SO glad I didn't do AtoZ on my own blog. It is a lot of work and stressful.

Congrats on the 2 and 2. I'm sure your son is stoked!

I opted out of the challenge too. Should have my first wave of edits any day now and I am expecting a 'craptastic' response and want to have the time to make sure I get this done correctly. I mean the book comes first, right?

And congrats on the BOY! I am a big fan of baby boys...I have four of them. :)
Yay for you!!

and yes, the challenge is INSANE.. I was pumped for it the first couple of days, but now I'm struggling to find stuff to write about.. and my brain is too mushy to write about anything of importance, LOL

There's no way i could participate in the challenge, especially with my due date only a week away. Congrats on having a boy, i can't wait til this little girl finally starts cooperating and meets her family.

2 boys and 2 girls? Could it get more prefect? Awesome that the edits are going so well, I wish all the best success. And I totally know what you mean about baby sapping creativity. I'm there right now too!

No A-Z for this B! I think I am too lazy. I'll get back into it in May after all the madness :) I wish I had balance. I have 3 drama queens and one perfect little dude.

That's great news - congratulations! And don't worry - I've never done the A-Z blogfest either. I figure that the chances of me being able to post every day are pretty much nil =)

I didn't do the A-Z challenge either. So don't feel like the only one who didn't get the memo.

Congrats on the boy! That's exciting.

Congrats on the little boy! SO exciting!

And I'm not doing A to Z either. But my blog reader is blowin' up! :)

Congrats on the baby boy!

Yes, I am doing the A to Z Challenge. I prescheduled all of my posts, which made it easy. Keeping up with the comments is the tough part.

You have an editor! *Squeal* That is so exciting. And a boy on the way :) Boys are so much fun and their hair is way easier to do than girls!

I'm not doing A-Z either-- too much to do! And I feel your pain with the baby zapping all creativity away. Good luck getting through those edits!

And congrats again on the boy!

And I would have to agree, getting comments from my editor makes my day. =)

Congrats on Little Boy Sedgwick :)

I have three, so I'm biased.... girls are so... so... confusing?

I'm not doing A-Z either, but like you, am impressed with those who are :)
