I'm so excited to be a part of Kelley and Jenny's cover reveal of their book ROAD TO SOMEWHERE! It sounds AMAZING.
Since the book is about sisters, they had the fabulous idea to have everyone participating in the reveal add a little story or something about a sibling relationship.
I didn't really choose a specific story, but I will say my siblings are my best friends. I have two sisters, and one brother. All younger. Growing up, we didn't have cousins close in age or a lot of friends on our street, so basically all we had were each other. And honestly, I wouldn't have had it any other way.
Even now, married with four kids, I talk to both my sisters every single day. My brother would probably think it was weird to talk to him every day... Haha. But seriously, they're my very best friends. There are no other people I'd rather hang out with. We love each other, we 'get' each other. And I'm blessed to have them in my life.
And now, all sappiness aside, here is the big reveal!! :D
New! From Bloomsbury Spark, a sunny heartwarming story of discovery and sisterhood.
A road trip. A singing competition. And super-hot cowboys.
What could be better?
For Charlie, a post-high school road trip isn't just a vacation, it's life changing. While her parents think she's helping a friend move, a chance at fame is the real reason to grab her best friends and drive to L.A. But when her super annoying, uber-responsible, younger sister, Lucy, has to tag along, it isn't quite the summer of fun she imagined.
Add in a detour to her grandparents' ranch in Texas, and between mucking the stalls,
down-home cookin’, and drool worthy ranch hands, this could just turn
into the best, and most complicated, summer of their lives.
Isn't it gorgeous? I can't wait to read it! Congratulations, Kelley and Jenny!! :D

Thanks for helping us out!!! I'm the same way with my siblings. I talk to 2 of my sisters everyday but if I sent a text to my brother everyday he'd probably think I'm weird. LOL.
Again, thanks for participating.
This looks super cute! I'm definitely going to read it!
I love that you have such a close relationship with your siblings! :D
That's so cool that you're best friends with your siblings. You hear so many stories about brother/sisters hating each other, it's nice to see that's more often than not, not the case.
(I have a pretty good brother too.)
Your sibling's relationships sound a lot like mine with my sister. We had each other growing up and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way either.
Thanks so much for helping us out!
How great does this look!
Hi Chantele, just stopping by to say how delightful your blog is. Thanks so much for sharing. I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris
